Refund & Return Policy

Since VerifiedCall.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.

However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product/service we supply.

Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:

  • Non-delivery of the product: Due to some server-related, or telephony-related issues beyond our control, it may be possible for a user to purchase a phonecall and then not receive that call, but still be charged for it. If this happens, please contact us and we will provide a full refund to your credit card. Please note that we do NOT offer refund if the buyer simply failed to answer their phone when we tried to reach them. We also do not provide refunds if the buyer ended the call early.
  • Early termination of phone-call by talent: If a buyer has purchased a phone call with a performer (the talent) for a specified number of minutes, and the performer ends this phone call early, the buyer will automatically only be billed for the minutes that the call actually lasted. The refund, in this case, will automatically be incorporated into the charges resceived by the buyer. The buyer will not receive any additional refund of any kind, because the only charges that will appear will be for the correct (pro-rated) amount.

Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions etc) other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the page of each product or service. We don't guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs and we do not provide support for third-party applications.

Requests for a refund are accepted at via email through refunds@verifiedcall.com within the period of 1 week after the order is placed. You should accompany this request with detailed and grounded reasons why you apply for a refund. Please make sure your request does not contradict our Terms of Use and Service.
